Content creators and SMEs had no easy way to create branded AR filters for social platforms without expensive design agencies or technical skills.
My process
Conducted 300+ interviews with content creators and SMEs to validate demand. Synthesized insights into a focused MVP scope. Led a team of 5 across design and development.
The outcome
Launched beta with 100+ daily active users, onboarded first paying customers, and generated MRR from scratch as a first-time founder.
